Join Dean Crawford and other members of the College of Science at the 2013 Game Day Chase! The Game Day Chase is a 5K or 10K run through downtown South Bend. The Game Day Chase is produced by the Michiana Runners Association (MRA) and benefits the Kelly Cares Foundation. Overall female, male and Masters female and male awards, as well as age group awards, will be given. Door prizes and other goodies such as tailgate passes and football themed items will also be given away to participants. The 5K and 10K starts in front of the Chocolate Café next door to the College Football Hall of Fame, 111 S. St. Joseph St., at 7:30 a.m. with the 5K start about 7:45 a.m.

We hope to have a big College of Science presence at the race. If you're planning to run, stop by the dean's office on Friday, September 20 to pick up a special science t-shirt to wear at the run so we can show how much we appreciate the efforts of Kelly Cares as well as show everyone who much camaraderie and spirit we have for our community in the College of Science.
