The Notre Dame Women's Rowing Team will be hosting its 3rd Annual Erg-A-Thon for Pancreatic Cancer on Friday, Sept. 27 at the Fieldhouse Mall (next to Stonehenge and LaFortune Student Center).
There will be short ergometer races, a raffle with many great prizes, including field passes to the Oklahoma game the following day. T-shirts for the event will be sold on the day of and in the dining halls during dinner the night before.
The event doubled its proceeds from the first to second year of the event. There are two great partners in the rowing team's endeavors to raise awareness and money for pancreatic cancer and its research: the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCan) and the Harper Cancer Research Institute.
