Inaugural Graduate Student and Postdoctoral Fellow COS-JAM 2017

The inaugural College of Science - Joint Annual Meeting (COS-JAM) for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows will take place in Jordan Hall on Thursday, May 4, 2017.
 
  • 10 am–12 pm: Poster Presentations, Jordan Galleria
  • 12:15–1:15 pm: Lunchtime Panel Discussion entitled “From Collegian to Colleague: Setting Yourself up for Success!” offered by representatives from the Office for Postdoctoral Scholars, Graduate Career Services, and Office of Grants and Fellowships, who will be available to offer development counseling, CV advice, and information about funding opportunities (room TBD).
  • 1:30–3:30 pm: Podium Presentations, two concurrent sessions in the Jordan first floor auditoriums.
 
The intent of this event is to highlight and celebrate the diverse achievements of graduate and postdoctoral research, foster interdisciplinary collaborations, and provide mentoring opportunities regarding integrative scientific careers and funding resources.
