The Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer Research Symposium will take place from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 31 at IU School of Medicine-South Bend, 1234 Notre Dame Avenue.
The symposium will feature Dr. Mitsuru Sasako, Hyogo College of Medicine, Osaka, Japan, along with other international and national experts.
The event is sponsored by Goshen Center for Cancer Care and Harper Cancer Research Institute.
