The 6th College of Science Joint Annual Meeting (COS-JAM) will take place in Jordan Hall on Friday, May 4, 2012, as part of the 5th Undergraduate Scholars Conference. The intent of COS-JAM is to highlight the research achievements of undergraduate students conducting scientific research at the University of Notre Dame.

All undergraduate students in the College of Science are invited to participate in COS-JAM by sharing their original research with faculty and students, in either an oral or poster format. Research may have been conducted on or off campus, and mentored by faculty from the University of Notre Dame or at other universities and colleges. Students should discuss the content of their abstracts with their research mentors prior to submission; approval by research mentors will be needed before an abstract is accepted for presentation at COS-JAM.

To participate, please submit abstracts by Friday, March 23 using an online submission process. The website for abstract submissions is http://xur.library.nd.edu/

Please direct any questions about participating in COS-JAM, or the abstract submission process for COS-JAM, to Dominic Chaloner, College of Science Undergraduate Research Coordinator (chaloner.1@nd.edu).
