Join us for the Science Exploration Series prior to the Michigan State game! Keith Davis, Ph.D., director of the Digital Visualization Theater (DVT), for a presentation called, "Comets, the Universe, and a Solar System Near You."
The presentation will demonstrate the nature of comets, where they come from, and how they fall through the solar system. In this live presentation on the DVT's 50-foot hemispherical dome, visitors will preview the upcoming comet ISON, which may become one of the brightest comets of our lifetime. See ISON's trip through the solar system, and learn about how to see it yourself as it passes by the sun this fall.
