Winning a Fulbright I: Information and Preparation

Location: 208 DeBartolo Hall

This workshop is for those students who want to win any of the several Fulbright Awards — whether a research fellowship, an English Teaching Assistant fellowship, or one of the others. It gives an overview of the Fulbright selection process and covers a variety of topics — from choosing the country to asking for references, from conceiving a project to writing a winning application. The presenter is a “Fulbrighter” himself, and has worked closely with the Fulbright organization and IIE for several years.
