The Graduate Physics Students (GPS) organization is organizing its 3rd annual conference to showcase the research of graduate students across all groups in the Department of Physics.
GPS was founded in 2011 by and for the graduate students of the Department of Physics with the objective of fostering deeper understanding of their peers' work. Since the beginning, GPS has organized several highly successful events within the graduate physics student community, such as: a coffee hour with 2011 physics Nobel laureate Brian Schmidt, the spring conference, and monthly social hours.
