This leadership program, funded by the NSF for three years, is being offered for 3rd and 4th years Notre Dame PhD students in STEM fields. Beginning in September of 2015, this year-long program offers 16 students a chance to become aware of their leadership strengths ina minimal, but focused, time commitment.
