This event features a scientist highlighting timely topics in their field of expertise, and a musician performing a selection of diverse pieces enlightening a theme. The inaugural event will feature:

Athanasia D. Panopoulos (Elizabeth and Michael Gallagher Assistant Professor, Department of Biological Sciences and The Center for Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine) who will be discussing stem cells, and highlighting some of the cutting-edge discoveries in the field.

Josh Aerie (Cellist and Executive Director of The Music Village) who will perform works by and inspired by Bach and his seminal Suites for Solo Cello.
