At its core, science is just one way of learning about the world around us. Scientific thinking, and the scientific method can be applied in almost any situation to uncover truths. In this talk, Micha Kilburn, Ph.D., will explore topics such as troubleshooting home electronics, evaluating marketing claims, and how often you already use scientific thinking in your daily life. We'll also discuss when to be skeptical of scientists and research you see in the media.
