Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium

Summer undergraduate researchers at Notre Dame are invited to participate in the Virtual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium on Wednesday, July 29. The event will be held over two sessions:
  • 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (EST)
  • 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (EST)
Students presenting posters are required to attend the session in which they are presenting, yet are welcome to attend both sessions should their schedule allow. Students should submit a faculty-approved abstract of 500 words or less at the link below and choose the session that works best for their presentation, depending on their time zone. Each student will have 5 minutes to present their poster, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A. The poster session will be moderated by Dr. Paul Brenner, Center for Research Computing, and Dr. Derek Lake, NDnano. A Zoom link will be provided later to share with faculty, group members, family and friends, who are more than welcome to attend!

  • iSURE
  • ND Energy
  • NDnano
Abstract Submission
Submission of a faculty-approved abstract of 500 words or less is required to present at the poster session at the link below.

A presentation schedule and abstract booklet will be distributed a few days before the event, along with the Zoom link.
Attendance
All Notre Dame students, faculty, and staff, as well as family and friends are welcome to attend the virtual poster session. Registration is not required, yet appreciated by July 22:  RSVP
