In order to provide an improved user experience, the Genomics & Bioinformatics Core Facility (GBCF) at the University of Notre Dame has launched a new website, genomics.nd.edu.

The goal of the website is to make accessing information related to Notre Dame Genomics and Bioinformatics easier, faster, and friendlier for all users. Information on the services available, including usage rates, can be found on the new site.

Genomics and Bioinformatics Core Facility at the University of Notre Dame

As an approved Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences (CTSI) core facility, the GBCF offers state-of-the-art technology and services to conduct genomic experiments and bioinformatics analysis. It is available to researchers from the Notre Dame Research community, other academic institutions, and industry.

The GBCF services are designed to acquire and provide genomics solutions for a variety of applications, including metagenomics, metagenetics, population genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics, for a user community that spans basic biomedical research in human disease, pathogen genomics, non-model system genomics, and environmental genomics.

For more information, including services offered, please visit genomics.nd.edu. For a full list of core facilities at the University of Notre Dame, please visit research.nd.edu/core-facilities/.
