Mc 9In October, Notre Dame will host the Indiana CTSI retreat at McCourtney Hall.

Indiana University, Purdue University, and the University of Notre Dame invite all researchers to attend the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CTSI) retreat. The event will take place at the University of Notre Dame’s McCourtney Hall on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m EDT.

“The upcoming Indiana CTSI retreat offers an important opportunity for researchers across the state to come together and discuss their newest, most innovative ideas for supporting translational biomedical research,” said Richard Taylor, deputy director of the Indiana CTSI at Notre Dame and professor of chemistry and biochemistry. “The Indiana CTSI was recently awarded $33 million for the next five-year grant period and the retreat will be an excellent forum for researchers to learn about what the program has to offer.”

At the retreat, researchers will present on a variety of topics including an overview of CTSI programs. Additionally, the attendees will be able to participate in poster presentations and attend panel discussions with drug discovery leaders with university and industry backgrounds.

This event is open to the public. All faculty, entrepreneurs, postdoctoral scholars, graduate students, and undergraduate students are invited to register by October 12, 2018. To register, please visit https://redcap.uits.iu.edu/surveys/?s=EEXXNK7CCW.
