If you would like to submit an event or announcement for inclusion in the CoS Weekly, the College of Science's weekly email to faculty, staff, postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduate students during the academic year, please fill out this form. The deadline is noon on Thursday for inclusion in the following Tuesday email distribution.
Conferences and Lectures
Hosting academic conferences, symposia, workshops, lectures, and the like, provide excellent external engagement opportunities for the College of Science. Qualifying events may be eligible for funding support from the Dean's Office. Typically, a faculty member requests funding support from the home department prior to requesting funding support from the Dean's Office.
To request Dean's Office support for conferences, symposiums, workshops, or lectures, please fill out this form. Requests are reviewed weekly and decisions communicated within 7 to 10 business days.
