Notre Dame’s Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry emphasizes four primary research areas to train tomorrow’s scientists: biochemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, and physical/analytical chemistry. The department is superbly well staffed with outstanding technical support teams and well equipped with modern instrumentation and advanced research facilities, including:
