Join us at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 in 105 Jordan Hall of Science as Dr. Frederick M. Azar, ’82, presents “The Epidemic of Overuse Athletic Injuries in Adolescents: Ethical Considerations.”

Dr. Azar is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine in Memphis, Tenn., and is chief-of-staff at the Campbell Clinic, as well as professor and director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program in the University of Tennessee-Campbell Clinic Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Biomedical Engineering. He is the team physician for the NBA Memphis Grizzlies and was secelected as the 2012 Team Physician of the Year.
