Kessa Kearse

Kessa Kearse joined the College of Science as the Faculty Affairs Program Manager in March of 2024. Her responsibilities include coordinating the training and communication for the college as it relates to faculty appointments, reappointments, promotion and tenure policies.

 

Kessa most recently served as the Program Administrator for the Impact Leadership Development Program at Patrick Industries where she drove program execution through the ownership of all administrative tasks and partnered with talent acquisition to support program recruiting and hiring efforts. She previously worked at the University of Notre Dame as the Program Coordinator for Academic Services for Student-Athletes as well as the historic Morris Inn where she served as a Hotel Assistant Manager.
