Construction of reaccelerated rare isotope beams facility (ReA3) at NSCL opens up new opportunities for nuclear astrophysics and structure of exotic nuclei studies. Capabilities of the new experimental setup – Array for Nuclear Astrophysics Studies with Exotic Nuclei (ANASEN), that is to be installed at ReA3 will be discussed. I will review the results of the first test experiments performed with ANASEN at Florida State University and discuss future perspectives of ANASEN.
