Science Alive 2019

Enjoy a day of scientific discovery and fun at the St. Joseph County Public Library's 28th annual Science Alive. This year's event will take place at the Jordan Hall of Science at the University of Notre Dame.

Special programs include a visit from the animals of Silly Safaris, Inc., a look at weather science with StormTeam16, and two exciting shows in Notre Dame's Digital Visualization Theater (DVT).

Along with members of the Student Energy Board, participating ND Energy affiliated faculty members in this year's event include: ​​​​​Peter BurnsAlexander DowlingDavid GoAmy HixonPrashant KamatSvetlana NeretinaJennifer SchaeferWilliam SchneiderEmily Tsui, and Jonathan Whitmer.

Free parking will be available in the Joyce lot and the Hesburgh Library lot. Visitors may travel by bus via  Transpo Route 7 (Stop 4).
