Sustainability Stakeholders Event

Location: Zoom

How Companies Manage Sustainability 1536x1536 600

You are invited to the Minor in Sustainability's annual Sustainability Stakeholder Event! This event is for students interested in sustainability projects and/or research to meet with regional sustainability partners.

This event is a great opportunity to get to know our local sustainability champions and learn about organizations you might want to intern with or otherwise engage with during your time at ND. If you are already looking ahead to your capstone project, this is an opportunity to hear about potential projects you might want to work on. It's also a nice opportunity to meet other sustainability students!

Meeting with community partners and hearing about their sustainability goals and challenges has led to many of our students doing exciting capstone projects with a variety of local organizations, including the Potawatomi Zoo, the Catholic Worker, Cultivate Culinary, DePaul Academy, Good Shepherd Montessori, Purple Porch Co-op, and Unity Gardens.

Regional stakeholders will present brief presentations on their organizations and pitch potential student projects - after that will be an opportunity for you to talk with them in small group discussions.

Please RSVP at this link by Monday Jan. 11th.
